Thank you for shopping with IBA Organics. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Partner
IBA Organics ships orders throughout Pakistan using our trusted courier partner PostEx Pakistan. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, shipping and delivery are managed by PostEx.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below PKR 1,499: PKR 250 Shipping Fee.
- Orders of PKR 1,499 or above: FREE Shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number may be provided via SMS, WhatsApp or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, courier operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. IBA Organics shall not be held responsible for shipping delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IBA Organics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
