7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order Number or Receipt).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as IBA Organics is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for the following reasons:
- Damaged products received.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Eligible returns that meet our return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed refund method.
